Agreement to terms and platform governance
Welcome to agentzee.ai, a conversation platform service provided by Episyche Technologies Pvt Ltd. As you have just clicked our Terms of Service, please pause, grab a cup of coffee, and carefully read the following pages. It will take you approximately 20 minutes.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our web pages located at https://agentzee.ai operated by Episyche Technologies Pvt Ltd.
Your agreement with us includes these Terms (“Agreements”). You acknowledge that you have read and understood the Agreements, and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) Agreements, then you may not use the Service, but please let us know by emailing at support@agentzee.ai so we can try to find a solution. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

Communications
Electronic notices and communication preferences
By creating an Account on our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other product information we may send.
Opt-out option: You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by contacting our team at support@agentzee.ai.
Subscriptions & Billing
Recurring cycles, fee modifications, and 14-day refund window
Subscription Cycles & Renewals
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”), set either on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you select.
- Subscriptions renew automatically under the same terms unless cancelled by you or Episyche Technologies.
- Cancel renewals at any time via your online dashboard or by contacting customer support.
- Accurate billing information (full name, address, phone number, and valid card) is required.
- If automatic payment fails, an electronic invoice will be issued for manual payment before a designated deadline.
Fee Adjustments
Episyche Technologies Pvt Ltd, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees. Any fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any changes to give you an opportunity to cancel your subscription before the new rate applies. Continued usage constitutes acceptance.
14-Day Refund Guarantee
We issue refunds for Contracts within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase of the Contract upon request to our support team.
User Content & Permissions
Ownership, representations, and platform service license
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are solely responsible for Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
Content Warranties & License Scope:
- You represent and warrant that the Content is yours (you own it) or you hold the requisite right to use it and grant us the rights specified herein.
- You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit. By posting Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, reproduce, and display Content solely as necessary for AgentZee to provide services during your active term.
- Episyche Technologies Pvt Ltd has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and edit all Content provided by users.
Accounts & Eligibility
Age requirement, credential security, and username guidelines
No Use By Minors (18+ Requirement)
The Service is intended only for access and use by individuals at least eighteen (18) years old. By accessing or using AgentZee, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age with full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are under 18, access is strictly prohibited.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@agentzee.ai upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized access.
You may not select as a username the name of another person, entity, or trademark without lawful authorization, nor any name that is offensive, vulgar, or obscene. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel access in our sole discretion.
Intellectual Property & Feedback
Platform trademarks, copyright, and user suggestions
The Service and its original features, functionality, software, and content (excluding user-provided content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Episyche Technologies Pvt Ltd and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
Error Reporting and Feedback
You may provide feedback, suggestions, error reports, and ideas to us directly at support@agentzee.ai. You acknowledge that you shall not retain any intellectual property rights in such Feedback, and you grant Episyche Technologies an exclusive, transferable, irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual right to utilize and incorporate that Feedback in any manner.

Neither Company nor any person associated with the Company makes any warranty with respect to the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy, or availability of the services, or that the services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.
Limitation of Liability
Except as prohibited by law, you will hold us and our officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages, however arising (including attorneys' fees and litigation costs), whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tortious action.
Governing Law & Termination
Jurisdiction, survival of provisions, and amendment protocol

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may discontinue using the Service. Ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and liability limitations survive termination.
Amendments & Severability
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on this site. Continued use after revisions indicates agreement. If any provision is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
By accessing or using AgentZee services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
